Sweet M’s Shipping Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

At Sweet M’s, all cookies are baked to order and shipped fresh from our kitchen in Idaho. Please review the following details about our shipping practices.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the state of Idaho. Orders placed with out-of-state addresses will be canceled and refunded.

2. Processing & Lead Time

  • All cookies are baked to order.

  • Orders placed by 8:00 PM MT are baked and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM MT will ship the following business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

3. Delivery & Carriers

  • We ship via USPS Priority, UPS Ground.

  • Typical delivery within Idaho is 1–2 business days after shipment.

  • Please allow extra time during peak holiday seasons or for rural delivery areas.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate: $9 per order under $60.

  • Free Shipping: on orders over $60.

5. Perishable Goods Disclaimer

  • Our cookies are best enjoyed within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To extend freshness, cookies may be stored in an airtight container or frozen for up to 30 days.

  • Because we ship perishable food, we cannot guarantee quality if delivery is delayed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Carrier delays outside our control (weather, seasonal surges, etc.).

6. Local Delivery & Pickup

  • Local delivery may be available within the Treasure Valley on a next-day basis.

  • Pickup options may be available in the mobile food truck (check our Facebook page for current location).
