This website is owned and operated by Sweet M’s. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sweet M’s. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers, and subscribers.

2. Products & Availability

  • All cookies are baked to order and subject to ingredient availability.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or change products without notice.

  • Allergen disclaimer: Our cookies contain wheat, milk, eggs, soy, and nuts. We are not liable for reactions due to food allergies.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be placed through our online store.

  • Payment is required at the time of order via accepted payment methods (e.g., credit card, Wix Payments, PayPal).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship only within the state of Idaho.

  • All orders require a 1-business-day bake/ship lead time.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Because our cookies are perishable, all sales are final.

  • Refunds may be offered only in cases of:

  • Wrong items sent.

  • Damage during shipment (photo evidence required within 24 hours of delivery).

6. Subscriptions & Loyalty Programs

  • By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring billing until canceled.

  • Customers may cancel subscriptions with advance notice before the next billing date.

  • Loyalty or awards programs may be changed or discontinued at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, recipes, and content on this site are the property of Sweet M’s and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Sweet M’s is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  • Consumption of our products is at the customer’s own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
