Sweet M’s Refund Policy

At Sweet M’s, every cookie is baked to order. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. Please read the following carefully:
1. No Returns
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of baked goods.
2. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the following cases:

Wrong item received (e.g., you ordered Snickerdoodle and received Peanut Butter).

Damaged orders (e.g., broken packaging or spoiled due to shipping issues).
To request a refund or replacement:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@sweetmsbakery.com.

Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Carrier delays once the order has left our facility.

Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.
4. Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same refund policy as one-time orders.

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing date.
