Sweet M’s Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

At Sweet M’s, every cookie is baked to order. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. Please read the following carefully:

1. No Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of baked goods.

2. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received (e.g., you ordered Snickerdoodle and received Peanut Butter).

  • Damaged orders (e.g., broken packaging or spoiled due to shipping issues).

To request a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@sweetmsbakery.com.

  • Provide your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Carrier delays once the order has left our facility.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscription orders follow the same refund policy as one-time orders.

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing date.
